Your scripts are NOT used to train AI models. Our AI providers are contractually prohibited from using your content for model training purposes.

All calls to the AI providers' APIs are server-to-server, meaning no client IP addresses are sent to the AI providers. We have agreements in place with each AI provider laying out the requirements and confidentiality of the processed data.

8. Data Retention

Script submissions are automatically and permanently deleted thirty-one (31) days after the delivery of the corresponding coverage report. It is your responsibility to maintain your own copies of any scripts you submit.

Account information and personal data are retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

9. Consent to Personal Data Transfer

We are based in the United States. We may process, store, and transfer the personal data we collect, in and to a country outside your own, with different privacy laws that may or may not be as comprehensive as your own.
